When I looked back on the month, I had no idea that I had done so much. I love mixing it up with custom work, fused images and custom gifts. I am blessed to have the most rewarding and challenging job where my only problem is not enough hours in the day!
I’ve been busy getting ready for our bi-annual Spring Open House. I thought I’d share some sneak peek photos of the gifty items I’ve been making. I’ll be working on the custom window that I’ve posted and my talented apprentice, Janice Batt, who has made a lot of the abstract suncatchers will be demonstrating as well as helping out this weekend. Hope you can make it!
I’ve just completed a big renovation of my website! My Custom Windows section is now arranged by category. Organizing my work this way makes it much easier to browse and see the wide range of windows I create.
The next big difference is my Custom Fused Glass Images section- and I have to thank Brian Wetjen for his initiative in totally reworking this section by offering an online order form for custom images! Custom images fused into glass make for incredibly unique gifts and keepsakes for special photos. Be the first to order one online!
My store is now located on Etsy. I’ve spent the past several months adding my work to the store so most everything I have for sale in my studio can be purchased online.
Brian basically converted my previous website into WordPress so that I’d be able to easily manage content, blog posts, update my galleries and send periodic emails. It was a huge undertaking, but went incredibly smooth and he helped to make it fun. I hope you enjoy browsing through my updated site. Thanks for your interest!
