Stained Glass Window Repair & Restoration
I love to repair and restore old stained glass windows. It is very rewarding to bring a window back to life. Restoration requires a lot of skill and patience which I have acquired over the 20+ years that I’ve been working with stained glass. I can repair windows that have only a few broken pieces and need cleaning up, or repair windows that need all of the leading replaced.
The most rewarding stained glass window repair jobs are when I restore sentimental windows for families – windows that have been made by family members or just have been in the house for years that they think there’s no hope for repair. I love telling them, “Yes – I can fix that!”
I have taken windows that clients have found in antique stores or online and adjusted them to fit specific spaces. I will also re-frame an old window in metal or wood to be able to hang.
